The employees were very competent and caring. The breakfast was delicious, there was a great selection of food to chose from. The service was good and the food was good. I could park the car onsite. Location: the hotel was not far from the centre of Munster and the restaurant and the park. Had nice dainties at Patisserie Cafe Meyer, located extremely close to the property.

The room was well-maintained with a table looking out over the garden. the overall experience was amazing. - the pool was nice. - I had hot drinks in the poolside bar. - I was able to park onsite. - the location was great and best possible for Munster, close to many restaurants in the area as well as main attractions.

Well, this hotel has three stars, however it could be easily classified as four stars. The cuisine suggest a luxury/Gourmet hotel, that's what the pricing also suggest. Live music in the lobby on Saturdays! WiFi is free!

This is luxury/Gourmet hotel, however the bar/restaurant service suggest otherwise. The service is three stars at best! Do not waste your time/money trying any cocktail at the bar! I had both my worst Bloody Marry and worst Mojito ever! Spa/relax facilities are way too small for a 110 room hotel, crowded with families. Same applies to the number of parking lots front of the hotel. WiFi is free, but it works only "around the Reception". In the rooms you'll have WiFi reception, but it does not provide access to internet. I have tried asking the seemingly computer illiterate stuff for help. They don't got what I am saying. Maybe it's me, who knows?!

The room was reasonably large and beautifully maintained with TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

Overall a very pleasant hotel. A brilliant location if you know the area and want to explore its history. Teh "gourmet" experience is somewhat over played and too formal. At times there were too many staff in the sense that there were a lot of "supervisors" and not enough "doers"

We got a modern room with a nice bathroom that felt pretty fancy. the breakfast was yummy and had plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste buds. the food here was really good! 🥐
